Remote Automotive Module Programming – Terms of Service and Liability Disclaimer

READ CAREFULLY – THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS LEGALLY BINDING TERMS

By engaging with our remote automotive module programming services, you (the client) expressly acknowledge and agree to the following conditions. These terms are non-negotiable and binding upon service initiation.

1. Used or Incorrect Modules

We do not guarantee successful programming or system integration for used modules, or modules that have incorrect or mismatched part numbers. Verification of module compatibility with your vehicle is your sole responsibility.
If an incorrect or incompatible module is provided, we are not at fault, and service charges will apply in full.

2. Aftermarket, eBay, and Amazon Modules

Modules sourced from non-OEM suppliers, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, or other aftermarket vendors, are known to cause frequent programming failures or compatibility issues. We accept no responsibility for any problems resulting from the use of these modules.
Any failure to complete programming due to substandard or faulty modules is not covered by our service liability. Full quoted rates remain due.

3. Internet Connection & Connectivity Issues

A stable, high-speed internet connection is essential for remote programming. If the session is disrupted or fails due to poor connectivity, signal loss, or low-speed service on the client’s side, this is not our responsibility.
Session interruptions or failures due to inadequate internet service will not waive any associated fees.

4. Non-Refundable Charges for Service Engagement

Our services require dedicated time, labor, equipment, and technical expertise. If programming cannot be completed due to any client-side issue—including, but not limited to, incorrect modules, faulty parts, or network instability—all quoted programming rates or service fees remain fully due and payable.

No exceptions will be made. Time and resources expended are billable regardless of outcome when client-provided components or conditions are at fault.

By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for the conditions stated above. Refusal to comply or failure to remit payment will result in suspension of service and may be subject to additional collection action.

*Note: This does NOT include any immobilizer security transactions. ALL immobilizer services must be done via NASTF AIR program. Which we will gladly help once you’ve been vetted for the AIR program.
