What’s your car
actually doing?
Modern vehicles rarely give you a simple answer — a warning light after a repair, a no-start after a battery, a key that won’t register, or a dash lit up all at once are almost always electronic. Below are the symptoms we diagnose most. Find yours, understand what’s likely happening, then book. In-shop by appointment for vehicle owners; mobile, remote, and mail-in for trade partners.
Start with the symptom.
Airbag Light After an Accident
A locked SRS crash code or a deployed component that won’t clear with a scan-tool erase.
No-Start After a Battery Change
An unregistered battery, a dropped immobilizer handshake, or corrupted module data.
Driver-Assist Warnings After a Repair
A camera or radar disturbed by glass, alignment, or bumper work that needs recalibration.
Key Not Detected / Lost Keys
The immobilizer isn’t seeing an authorized key — including all-keys-lost programming.
New Module Not Working
A replacement module that needs VIN programming, coding, or component-protection unlock.
Multiple Warning Lights At Once
Usually one CAN-bus or power fault knocking several modules offline at once.
EV / Hybrid Warning or Reduced Power
A high-voltage battery, inverter, charging, or module fault most shops won’t touch.
If it’s electronic, it’s our specialty.
This list isn’t everything. Spot-On handles module programming, ADAS calibration, key & immobilizer work, advanced electrical diagnosis, and hybrid/EV high-voltage faults — including the jobs other shops turn away. If your vehicle is doing something odd and no one can pin it down, call with the year, model, and symptom.
Get a straight diagnosis.
Reach a technician, not a call center. Most diagnoses are same-day once the vehicle is in the shop.
