Spot-On coordinates Mercedes-Benz Theft Relevant Part (TRP) requests and performs NASTF-gated security work under active Vehicle Security Professional credentials. Security-gated procedures — immobilizer programming, key generation, gateway unlock — are performed in person only, at our San Antonio shop or mobile at your bay. We do not perform remote NASTF security transactions.

Modern vehicles enforce gateway authentication for security-related work. A registered Vehicle Security Professional is authorized to perform it lawfully — and at Spot-On, in person only.

Mercedes-Benz TRP components — immobilizer modules, ESL/EZS columns, drive authorization units, certain control modules — can only be acquired through verified channels with NASTF VSP credentials.
- Submit through our formUse the Mercedes-Benz TRP Request form. Provide your name, business, dealership point of contact, and the full part number list from the dealer parts counter.
- CoordinationWe submit the dealership purchase under our VSP credentials, coordinate acquisition, and verify part numbers against the dealer invoice at checkout.
- TimelineSpot-On moves within one business day. Total timeline depends on dealer parts availability.
- BoundaryWe are not responsible for incorrect, missing, or damaged parts identified by the submitting party or by the Mercedes-Benz parts department — we verify only against the form.
