Mercedes programming.

Mercedes programming at Spot-On runs on Mercedes XENTRY with SCN coding for the ECM, TCM, ISM (Intelligent Servo Module), ABS, SRS/airbag module, instrument cluster and body controllers: flash programming after module replacement, variant coding, software corrections, and cloning or virginizing of used modules, plus EEPROM-level module repair at the bench. Mercedes-Benz specialties on file here are 722.9 TCM unlock, cloning and programming; TRP (Theft Relevant Part) component cloning; and ESL, EZS and FBS steering-lock and ignition-switch work.

Three ways to get Mercedes programming done. Repair shops, body and collision shops, transmission shops and dealerships in the San Antonio area book mobile dispatch: a 20-mile travel radius is included, and a $2.50/mi round-trip charge applies beyond 20 miles. Shops elsewhere in the United States use remote J2534 programming (Autel Remote Expert and similar) through their own pass-through device. Units that need the bench, such as a 722.9 TCM for unlock or cloning, or an EIS/EZS for the ESL emulator, come in as mail-in bench service, available across the US and Canada.

Mercedes-Benz owners: this is in-shop work, by appointment, at 4715 N Stahl Park, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78217. We do not dispatch mobile service to vehicle owners.

Mercedes ESL / ELV emulator: W204, W207, W212.

The Mercedes-Benz electronic steering lock (ESL, also called ELV) on W204, W207 and W212 chassis is a productized mail-in service at Spot-On. The shop or the owner mails in the EIS/EZS (the ignition switch) and a key, and we return a programmed, plug-and-play emulator for that vehicle. Shops: see Mercedes ESL emulator, mail-in for the trade. Owners: see Mercedes ESL steering lock service.

In-shop, we also handle Mercedes ESL, EZS and FBS steering-lock and ignition-switch work by appointment at 4715 N Stahl Park, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78217.

How does the Mercedes ESL emulator mail-in service work?

The electronic steering lock (ESL, also called ELV) on W204, W207 and W212 chassis is a productized mail-in service. The shop or the owner mails in the EIS/EZS (the ignition switch) and a key. We program a plug-and-play emulator to that vehicle and return it. The service is available across the US and Canada. In-shop ESL, EZS and FBS steering-lock work is by appointment in San Antonio.

Can you unlock or clone a Mercedes 722.9 TCM?

Yes. 722.9 TCM unlock, cloning and programming is a Mercedes-Benz specialty on file here, including TRP (Theft Relevant Part) component cloning under our NASTF VSP credentials. Shops can mail the TCM in as bench service from anywhere in the US or Canada, or book mobile dispatch in the San Antonio area. Mercedes owners book in-shop by appointment; we do not dispatch mobile service to owners.

Do you do Mercedes programming for shops outside San Antonio?

Yes. Around San Antonio we dispatch to the shop, with a 20-mile travel radius included and a $2.50/mi round-trip charge beyond it. Beyond that, most shops choose remote J2534 programming, where we run XENTRY and SCN coding through your pass-through device, nationwide. Bench work such as 722.9 TCM cloning or the ESL emulator is mail-in from anywhere in the US or Canada.

Do you program the Mercedes ISM and TCM?

Yes. Mercedes ISM (Intelligent Servo Module) and TCM (transmission control module) programming, coding and cloning are done here, including 722.9 TCM unlock. Shops can mail the module in as bench service from anywhere in the US or Canada, or book mobile dispatch in the San Antonio area; Mercedes owners book in-shop by appointment.

Mercedes programming around San Antonio.

Trade dispatch for Mercedes programming is priced by distance band. Cibolo, Live Oak, Converse, Universal City, Selma, Schertz, Leon Valley and Helotes are inside our included 20-mile travel radius, so trade dispatch carries no trip charge. New Braunfels, Boerne, San Marcos, Seguin, Bulverde, Pleasanton and Floresville are beyond our 20-mile included travel radius; a $2.50/mi round-trip charge applies. For Fair Oaks Ranch, Spring Branch, Marion, La Vernia, St. Hedwig, Elmendorf and Grey Forest, the included 20-mile radius is measured by road from our shop; we confirm at booking whether an address falls inside it or carries the $2.50/mi round-trip charge. Kerrville, Ingram, Fredericksburg, Gonzales, Lockhart, Hondo, Sabinal, Charlotte and Falls City are farther out: at this distance most shops choose remote J2534 programming or mail-in bench service, and the ESL emulator is mail-in by design; mobile dispatch is available and quoted per mile. Vehicle owners in any of these cities are welcome too, and they drive in: in-shop, by appointment, at 4715 N Stahl Park, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78217. We do not dispatch mobile service to vehicle owners.
