Calibration is part of the repair, not an optional add-on.

OEM repair procedures require ADAS recalibration any time sensor mounting or vehicle geometry is disturbed. Liability and warranty depend on it being documented.

• After collision repairAny structural repair forward of the windshield, bumper R&R, fender/quarter replacement.
• After windshield replacementForward-facing camera behind the glass must be recalibrated to the new windshield optics.
• After alignment or ride-height changesSuspension work, tire size changes, lift/lowering all shift the sensor's reference frame.
• After sensor replacementNew or relocated radar, camera, lidar, or ultrasonic sensors require initialization and calibration.

• Level shop floorWithin OEM spec, typically less than 0.5% slope. Confirm before we dispatch.
• Controlled lightingNo direct sun on targets. Most calibrations require diffuse, even lighting.
• Clear floorspace forward of the vehicleVaries by OEM: BMW + Mercedes 3.5–6 meters; Honda, Toyota less. We confirm per platform when you call.
• Completed alignment + verified ride heightIf alignment or ride height is off, we calibrate to wrong. Confirm first.
• Clear-of-faults pre-scanWe perform our own pre-scan on arrival; if you've already done one, send it.

Pre-scan, post-scan, and calibration certificate — on request.

Critical for any work that may be claimed on insurance later. Documentation is available on request and must be requested in advance — before service begins.
