What's your service area for mobile dispatch?

San Antonio and the surrounding metro. Free mobile dispatch within 20 miles of our shop at 4715 N Stahl Park (Stone Oak, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Converse, Leon Valley, Selma, Live Oak, Universal City, Cibolo, Schertz). Beyond 20 miles we add a $2.50 per-mile trip charge (Boerne, New Braunfels, Seguin, Floresville, Pleasanton, San Marcos). For shops outside that radius, ask about remote J2534 programming or mail-in bench service — those are nationwide.

What do I need on my end for remote programming?

Two options. (1) Autel Remote Expert — requires a compatible Autel MaxiSys scan tool with Remote Expert enabled. (2) J2534 pass-thru programming — requires a J2534-compliant pass-thru device (Mongoose, DrewTech, Bosch MTC, etc.), a laptop, and a decent internet connection. We handle everything else from our shop.

Are you NASTF VSP credentialed?

Yes. Spot-On's lead technician holds an active NASTF Vehicle Security Professional registration, which is the certification that authorizes lawful access to manufacturer security gateways for key generation, immobilizer service, and Mercedes-Benz TRP requests. This is work a non-credentialed shop cannot legally perform on modern vehicles.
