For repair shops, body shops, dealerships, and locksmiths submitting a Mercedes-Benz TRP component request through Spot-On Automotive Diagnostics. All requests are handled under NASTF Vehicle Security Professional credentialing.
A Theft Relevant Part (TRP) is a Mercedes-Benz security-protected component — including immobilizer modules, ESL/EZS columns, drive authorization control units, and certain control modules — which can only be sourced through verified channels with valid security gateway credentials.
We submit the dealership purchase on your behalf using our NASTF VSP credentials, coordinate part acquisition, and handle the chain-of-custody documentation required for these components.
- ▸Confirm the part number(s) with your local Mercedes-Benz parts department.
- ▸Get the parts associate's name and direct phone — we'll need it on the form.
- ▸One dealership per request. If parts are coming from multiple dealers, submit one request per dealer.
- ▸Have your contact info ready — we route status updates to the email and phone you submit.
