Three ways to work with us

1. Mobile dispatch — we come to your bay

We roll to your shop with the tooling and OEM software to program modules, run diagnostics, handle key and immobilizer work, and calibrate ADAS on-site when your facility supports it. A static calibration still needs the level floor, space, and lighting the procedure calls for — we'll tell you up front whether your bay works for a given job instead of showing up and guessing.

Free dispatch within a 20-mile radius of our San Antonio shop. We do not currently service the Austin area.

2. Remote programming — US & Canada

Have a J2534 pass-thru device or an Autel unit and a stable internet connection? We drive the programming session remotely. You handle the hookup in your bay; we handle the OEM software, the security access, and the flash. It's the fastest way to clear a programming job with no dispatch wait and no tow to the dealer.

3. Mail-in bench service

Pull the module and ship it to us. Cloning, EEPROM and chip-level repair, DME/DDE, transmission control units, clusters, and immobilizer components. We do the bench work and send it back ready to install. Works from anywhere in the country.

What we need to get moving

Have this ready and we can dispatch or start fast:

  • VIN
  • The concern and what you've already found — codes, symptoms, what's been tested
  • For programming: the part number of the module if it's being replaced
  • For key jobs: proof the vehicle belongs to your customer. We're NASTF VSP credentialed and work to those requirements.
